Shipping & Returns
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail to let you know that your order has been received and is being processed. This email is your receipt.Order Processing & Shipment:
All of our boards are custom printed when you order them and shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 2-5 days for the custom printing of your board. Once your custom board has been printed, it is shipped within 24 hours. You will receive tracking information at the e-mail address you provided within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
Please note: At this time we only offer shipping within the Continental United States.Damages:
Please inspect your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product and we will initiate the return process and provide instructions on the next step.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders may not be cancelled after the order has been shipped even if it is within the 24 hours provided above.
All Sales are final after 7 days.
Returns are for exchanges only, and will only be made within 7 days of purchase. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping of the original product and shipping charges for the new product to be shipped.
Any refund amount will equal the purchase price less our shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account used when placing the order.
